Frequently asked questions

Why are your prices so much cheaper than my local stores?

We buy all our products directly from the UK supplier and we buy in bulk. Our skilled buyers ensure that we pay the lowest price possible so we can pass these discounts on to our customers. Although we are also a high street retailer, our mail order and internet operation has relatively lower overheads allowing us to be extremely competetive on pricing.

Are your products new?

Yes. All our products are new and supplied to our customers as they are supplied to us by the manufacturer. This means they are unopened and sealed in the box. We do not supply our customers with seconds or used goods nor do we supply grey imports.

Is it safe to enter credit card details on this site?


Yes. Our site uses Protx's state-of-the-art secure sockets layer (SSL) technology which encripts your credit card details into a code which is only readable by the bank. This ensures that the credit card information cannot be read by unauthorised people once it is sent by your computer.

What are my personal details used for?

We require your name, address, e-mail and telephone numbers in order to contact you and arrange delivery of the goods that you have ordered. We assure you that your details are kept for our records only and we will not make any unsolicited contact with you. Furthermore, we will never provide your personal information to any third parties.

Do you accept alternative methods of payment?

Yes. If you prefer you can pay for your purchase over the phone by calling our sales team on 0870 350 1050. We also accept payments by cheque or postal order, however these take around five days to clear so may lead to longer delivery times.

How long does delivery take?

Due to our large stock holding we are normally able to deliver your order within three to five working days. Delivery times can become longer if items are out stock from both our warehouse and with the supplier. In this unlikely event we will contact you and advise you of the delay.

Can I have goods delivered to an address other than my own?


No. For security reasons we can only deliver goods to the address that the credit card is registered to. This helps to ensure that the person paying for the goods is the person who receives the goods.

Can I collect the goods?

Yes. Our customers are welcome to pay for/ collect items from our collection point in Bradford . Please contact us prior to coming to ensure the goods are available for you. You can find our address details in the contact us section.

Do you deliver off the UK mainland?

No. Currently we are unable to deliver goods outside the UK mainland. This is due to laws in the distance selling regulations which apply to the retailers liability in sending and receiving faulty or damaged goods.

How are the goods delivered?

We currently use both our own drivers and a courier company to deliver your goods depending on the nature of the items and your location.

What happens if the goods are damaged or faulty on delivery?


All goods are delivered with insurance against damage caused in transit. In the event of goods being delivered damaged you can either refuse the delivery or if damage is realised later we will collect and replace the goods as early as possible.

What about guarantees?

All our products are supplied with a full manufacturer's guarantee which is a minimum of 12 months. In the event of products becoming faulty with the guarantee period you are entitled to have goods serviced free of charge. This is usually done via the manufacturer's network of authorised service centres. You can also purchase an extended guarantee to cover the product outside the manufacturer's guarantee. What if I want to cancel my order?

We operate within the laws of the Distance Selling Act. If you wish to cancel an order simply call our sales team on 0870 350 1050. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
